PERANCANGAN SISTEM PEMBUKUAN DAN KASIR BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER 4 ( STUDI KASUS TOKO SINAR SETUJU PALOPO)

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization, the role of information technology is
crucial in supporting business operations, particularly in efficient management of
accounting and cashier systems. Store Sinar Setuju Palopo, as one of the retail
stores selling consumer goods, still relies on manual methods for transaction
recording, facing potential errors, slow processes, and difficulties in data analysis.
Therefore, researchers propose a solution by designing a web-based accounting and
cashier system using Framework CodeIgniter 4. It is anticipated that this system
will enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve customer experience. In
development, the Extreme Programming method is also applied. CodeIgniter 4 is
chosen for its ability to accelerate development, organized structure, and extensive
community support. Through this case study, it is hoped that a system will be
created to assist Store Sinar Setuju Palopo in enhancing operational efficiency and
providing better service to customers.
